We are here to handle all the 124, 450 details (kidding but not kidding!) that go into a ground up project. We work alongside the architect and the builder to make sure your dream home is everything you want it to be.

Renovations

What happens when you like your home, don’t want leave your neighbourhood but your house is just not quite working for your current situation? - you renovate! In some ways this can be more daunting than a new build and we are here to guide the project to fully realise the potential in your home, infusing the re-vitalised space with your aesthetic and making sure it functions for the way you want to live.

Re-Decoration (the Spruce up)

Sometimes no dramatic sledgehammers are required, your home is ‘fine’ but it just doesn’t really feel like you, or maybe you need to transition a room to fit another purpose. Here comes the power of wall finishes, layout planning and cohesive furnishings and homewares and don’t forget ART!

Colour Consulations

This service is primarily for builders and developers wanting a full colour specification sheet for a new build project or colour consultation hours for a client project. Normally includes exterior colours (roof, fascia, window joinery, cladding, doors, lighting) and interior (paint, tile, kitchen colours, flooring, fixed lighting).

Showhome Staging

For builders and developers needing a fully furnished space to highlight their workmanship and enhance the company’s branding. Please note, Project Design does not do temporary staging for sale but we can recommend some amazing companies so please reach out if that’s what you are needing!
